* Served an accredited Aircraft Apprenticeship, Service equivalent trade training, NVQ level 3 or equivalent, which demonstrates the practical and theoretical standards required.
* Technical supervisory experience
* Appropriate Sea King trade group courses although training would be available to successful applicants.
* A Full Driving License is essential. An LGV C and ADR qualification would increase flexibility.

Successful candidates must obtain and maintain Sponsored Reserve Status. This will include the passing of the general service training.

- Responsible for conducting compliant SEP training for the pilot workforce, both initial and recurrent
- To conduct aircraft visits for both pilots and cabin crew on the aircraft
- Keeping up-to-date with current operational practices and maintaining excellent customer service skills: at all times
- Accurately completing all required documentation in accordance with the Cabin Crew Training Manual following the completion of each training course; maintaining accurate records of all trainees
